Read an excerpt of “Three Points of Contact”:

While her husband, Trey, was at work that October day, Aimee skittered around the apartment finishing packing. She felt like an intruder in someone else’s home as she gathered her most essential belongings. The rest of the space in the suitcase was full of clothes that she had slowly packed over the past few weeks, not wanting her wardrobe to appear to shrink too rapidly. It was Halloween night, and they were getting ready to watch The Shining (or so Trey thought), when Aimee ducked into their bedroom to retrieve the suitcase.
